How It Works

PoliScribe is a web application that you load by visiting https://yourURL.poliscribe.com from any web browser. With a few clicks, PoliScribe will automatically generate the draft text for a letter to your constituent(s), which you can import into your CRM (Fireside, Intranet Quorum, Salesforce, etc) or email client (e.g. Outlook, Gmail). Using the interface is easy!

To create a letter:

  1. Select a bill or issue area, such as HR5 or “Immigration;”

  2. Choose the sentiment of the recipient(s) relative to that issue;

  3. Click “Generate Letter.”

In less than a second, PoliScribe researches the topic, accesses your Member’s vote record and messaging, and weaves together a well-written, meaningful letter.

For instance, PoliScribe:
